Interesting conversations

Just wanted to note down 2 interesting conversations we have had with Kinnon

1) Auntie Kim had helium ballons for Andrew's birthday party and Kinnon left the party with a couple of ballons. Mummy wanted to tie the ballon down to Kinnon's shoe or something but no, Kinnon insisted on carrying the ballon. When they got outside the house, guess what, Kinnon accidentally let go of the ballon...
Looking a little disappointed at the lost ballon...
he said to mom, " Ballon spoil..."
Mom says, "No, the ballon is gone"
Kinnon looked up again and then said .... "Oh, aeroplane!"

2) All of us go to church and we are trying to teach Kinnon who Jesus is. So we start pointing to Jesus who is up on the crucifix. Kinnon struggles to pronounce Jesus but he notices the cross behind Jesus. His eyes light up and he says ... " aeroplane!"


So we had to take him down to the airport to see what aeroplanes are really like. We drove down to the airport today. Fortunately I went online to find out where was really the best place to see aeroplanes. I stumbled across Mr Brown (of all blogs) blog which complained about how the T2 viewing gallery wasn't really a viewing gallery at all, because the restaurants had blocked off the best views.

I went over to T1, but to be honest, I was a little trifle bit disappointed by the Viewing Mall. Okay, Kinnon got to see his aeroplanes, but I think he was more fascinated by the fountains. I must say that I really liked (and still like) the fountains in T1. Laura thinks they are very 70s, 80s. But its nice...
